I think my gold fish is carrying eggs how can i promote breeding?

I have one female and 3 male comet gold fish and a skinny silver feeder fish and it is male they are all 2-4 inchs and i really want baby gold fish plz i need help!!!! I have two plocosamus in the 20 gallon pond outside.

1. I would be interested in know how you know you have any males since there is no real way to tell gold fish sexes as far as promoting them to breed good luck the sizes don't sound like they would even be mature enough to mate as far as I know
