Can stick and broth or bullion be used interchangably in a recipe?

When a recipe calls for stock, can I use broth or bullion cubes. ??? If so what is the amount needed. I think bullion when is made is much saltier than broth.

   Yes, they can be interchanged.
2. Yes you can and i think it's one bullion cube for 1 cup water.Maybe do 1 cube per 2 cups water if you want it a little more diluted.
